Project Work Package 8

The activity of WP8 concerns the coordination of all work that is outlined in the Work Packages and Activities of ITACA.SB, the preparation of scientific and financial reports according to the Intermediate Objectives, and management of the entire project. As detailed in WP 8, main activities are:
1)Supervising the implementation of the planned activities
2)Monitoring the financial aspects
3)monitoring the consistency with the procedural and expenditure schedule -monitoring the achievement of milestones and deliverables
4)facilitating internal communication
